Cust service NOT responding, can't cancel my account, they keep charging me
I signed up, after that some time, because I had modified my business name, I decided I should change email business address. I tried to change email.in my corgl acct., And was unable and told I had to contact cust serv and they would do it.
I did that with the email they provided for their Cust serv. A couple months later I decided to cancel my corgl acct. That's when I found out they never change my email. So now I cannot get into my acct at all because there is no valid email any longer, which is the sign in, and also no way to reset my password or username.
And their Cust service just tells me they'll "see what billing has to say.".
Nothing about why they did not change my email. Instead they told me,we have you under old email (which had been deleted from my Google) OMG!!!
Preferred solution: Fix my acct, quite charging me, FIX your sucky Cust service!
